Rock Village Court Cancellation Policy

Minimum of 72 hours is required on cancellations to avoid charges.

Our cancellation policy requiring a minimum of 72 hours notice of cancellation is intended to be fair to our guests yet prevent loss of income to Rock Village Court and allow us to try to fill the cancelled dates. Once a cabin is reserved, we refuse all other requests to insure your plans remain intact. If your plans change and cancellation is necessary, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance of check-in time (3:00 PM) of the date of your scheduled arrival.

Memorial Day & Labor Day weekends

In order to best accommodate families for the entire weekend Rock Village Court requires at least all three days/nights (Friday - Sunday) to be reserved for Memorial Day & Labor Day weekends. Any cancellation shall be made at least 7 days prior to 3pm of the check-in date to avoid charges which will be applied to any unfilled dates of the reservation.

Violation of this agreement: You will be charged for all days with less than 72 hours notice of cancellation unless we are able to fill the days with another guest in which case you will only be charged for the days not filled with another guest. Guests are responsible for all reserved dates with no refunds for late arrival or early departure.
